    WIDE SPREAD: Certain Public Chat Channels (Shout, Say, etc) Not Functioning

    Server: Cactuar

    No matter what zone I'm in people are unable to see other peoples chat in public channels. I've got it to work somewhat by comprising a message completely of the auto translator inputs. I know it effects other people because I found out by talking to them in whispers. However, not sure if it effects everyone.

    It was like this around 11AM EST when I was on. It was still happening when I logged on around 7PM EST. I decided to bring it to your attention because I saw no acknowledgement of the problem (which kind of surprised me).
