Leveling my Arcanist I was extremely concerned with the distribution of my stat points. At cap you find it is less meaningful (note: not meaningless)

I went SCH chose MND. I didn't respec my stats from INT 'til roughly 40 however. I noticed a difference, but it was slight at most.

If you went 15/15 split, then you wouldn't really notice the difference. PIE is interesting because it's the one stat that helps both tjobs. Aetherflow is based on a percentage of your max MP & means both a stronger initial MP pool as well as sustainability

I fully acknowledge that I am still end-game-illiterate, so my theories are based on a smaller view of the bigger picture.
