Then you've either got your game or your computer set up differently than mine, because on my E6600 the game takes up both of my cores and i rarely get over 30 fps in game and that is usually in a wide open area with no one around. Normally i'm running anywhere between 25-30fps. NTM my GPU gets at most a 25% load.
