Hey everyone, first off, thanks for taking the time to read this post. I am in desperate need of assistance and would love to know what the problem is or / if it can be solved?

I consider my computer (and especially the new Graphics Card I picked up) to be pretty good. I also did the FFXIV ARR benchmark and got a 8700 on MAX resolution / MAX settings. However, most of the time my FPS drops constantly when going into a camp, or swiveling the camera, etc. or joining a FATE, to 20 and below. I tend to have 0 to very little issues with my Framerate in dungeons or instanced battles.

Here are my specs:

- Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
- Power Supply 750W
- Intel Dual Core E8500 @ 3.18GHZ
- EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2765-KR GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support w/ EVGA ACX Cooler Video Card
- 8GB DDR2 RAM
- P5Q-PRO Motherboard
- 20mb/s internet connection

Here is a list of everything I have tried so far:

I've updated to the latest drivers on motherboard and graphics card
I cleaned out the entire inside of the pc and made sure everything was installed correctly
the voltage connectors going to Graphics card are 6 pin and 8 pin both connected correctly.

I honestly have no idea what to do. I was hoping some of you might have some suggestions because I'd love to be able to play this game on Very High settings (not even maximum) with the FPS at a constant 40.

Maybe it is just the game right now but it really gets to be a problem when I'm playing sometimes. Also, a lot of the time characters or objects tend not to load until after 20 secs of me standing there, is that normal?

Thanks in advance for any help that you guys can offer!
