    I think this has happened to me once, but has happened multiple times to my friends.
    It's always during a teleport that it happens and usually after another teleport that it's fixed.

    I see this at least once every time I do a garuda farm group. Happened to us last night. I'm pretty sure this bug has been here from the release.

    Yep, any enemy that teleports/jumps has the ability to glitch/bug out like this or stay stationary where they jumped and not do anything graphically but you'll still be attacked and whatnot.
