You have to wait until the debuff is 7 seconds, you need to find one of your numerically assigned party members and give them the rot, making sure beforehand that they don't already have the immunity, then they pass it on to another person after 7 sec. and so on.

Every single time, we wipe because one of the TWO people in our party wasn't in voice chat. You need to call out when you have the debuff, call who you're passing it to, and make sure you don't pass it to someone else on accident or the party will wipe. And this happens TWO times throughout the course of the fight. Oi ve.

Is there any way to do this or should we just reject anyone and everyone that wants to do turn 2 but can't do voice, is it that much of a necessity?
You know we used to do 50+ person raids in MMO's without raid groups? Without a standard chat channel? Without being able to see everyone's buffs/debuffs? Without threat meters? Without damage meters? Without target-of-target?

...without A LOT of the conveniences that most games come with standard now...and we still beat end-game content that was much, much, much harder than what people are doing with all those tools?

Point is, it's possible to do a boss that casts a curable debuff on people, and not need voice chat to do it. This is a convenience, but not a necessity.
