    Stuck at loading screen (circle keeps spinning) havent made char yet.

    Installed the game, logged in and pressed start.
    stuck at the next screen. asking for a friend.

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with being stuck the loading screen. This sounds like it would require support center assistance. You can reach them by going Here. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose "Contact Us" and fill out all the necessary information.
