Help on HQing Items!

I just cant make a ????ing hq malachite bracelet for levee quests and that damn item is 5 lvl lower than me what am i doing wrong, please give me hints on rotations iam seriously pissed off

and btw which class is better for first crafting class lvl to 50?

If, for some reason, you cannot HQ something from NQ materials, there are several things to ask yourself :
Am I using the best gear available to me?
Is my gear HQ?
Is any of my gear broken?
Do I have all of the relevant crafting skills from other classes? Hasty Touch, Tricks of the Trade, Careful Synthesis, etc.?

Its a 70 Durability item. Assuming (and this may not be correct) that it would take you 3 Careful Synthesis to complete, this is how I would go about it :
Inner Quiet, Careful Synthesis, Steady Hand, 5 Hasty Touch. NOTE - if any Good conditions pop up, just Hasty Touch through them. This brings it down to 10/70 Durability.
Master's Mend 2, Careful Synthesis, Steady Hand, several Hasty Touch. On this leg, up until the last Touch, any time you see a Good condition, Tricks of the trade. Refresh Steady Hand if necessary. You get a total of 5 Touches this leg, do some mental math. You want to replace the LAST Touch actions, as best you can, with Standard Touch. You may get 3 Hasty Touch, 1 Basic Touch, and one Standard Touch. You may get 3 Hasty Touch and 2 Standard Touch. It all depends upon your CP and luck. Finish with one last Careful Synthesis.

Adjust depending upon the number of Careful Synthesis it takes for you to finish the recipe.
