    SE, DON'T SPAWN A LEVEL 45 FATE ON A LEVEL 27 DUTY SPAWN!

    Title says it all, I was doing the Big Trouble in Little Ala Mhigo instance and when the Duty was over I respawned back in the world DEAD, because a bloody level 45 FATE had spawned right on top of the trigger point for my Duty.
