I'm a little unsure about your wording, but hopefully this alleviates your frustration:

Leves reset every 36 hours. Reset means that you have access to 8 leves again.
The leves offered by the Adventurer's Guild NPC may or may not be the same as were offered the previous day.

    For example:
Monday night you are offered leves A, B, and C for Camp Emerald Moss.
Tuesday night at 8pm EDT the leves reset. You might be offered leves A, C, D, or D, E, F, or even A, B, C again. This is random.

After leves reset, you can trade in your leves from the previous reset for new ones.

    For example:
Monday night you complete leves A, B and C at Camp Emerald Moss.
Tuesday, after leves reset, you are offered leves D, E, F at Camp Emerald Moss.

You can trade in A/B/C for the new leves.
Trade them one for one, or stack them up (exchange A+B+C for only F) to boost the new leve's reward.

If you have leve A, and you're offered leve A again, then accepting the NEW leve A will simply replace your old one. There's no bonus to the reward this way.

However, if you have leve A, and are offered A, B, C: you can exchange your old A for the new C to boost its reward, THEN get the new A, to make the most of each leve.

If my use of letters is more confusing than helpful (I'm getting that feeling) please let me know and I'll re-address whatever questions you have.

I'm not entirely sure what it is you were asking, so if you can clarify that a bit, someone can answer you promptly.

One possibility is that you were issued the leve, then leves reset, and it was available again.

You don't actually have to complete any leves before reset, as long as you accept them.
So if you got the leve at 6pm EDT, went to camp and did your leves, and leves reset at 8pm EDT, it's possible the NPC would offer the same leve(s) again---because the leves offered each reset are random.

It's not a question of same day, it's the reset that dictates what leves you can get.

You can even plan your time around resets if you have limited play time, for instance:

    - Log in at 7pm/am (or an hour before reset), get the leves you want, go out and complete them.
    - While you're out doing leves, they will reset, which means any leve you got before the reset is now exchangeable
    - After you've completed them (all 8, or however many you wanted to), return to the leve NPC
    - The NPC will now have new leves available, and you can trade in any leves from the previous reset.

Oh! When that happens it means you accepted the leve last reset and got it again this reset. If you have a particular regional levequest and you don't complete it before the next reset, but you are offered it again, then you can complete it twice in one reset. You just have to go back to the counter to accept it again after completing it the first time. People who don't have the time to complete all 8 leves every 36-hours (like me) often like it when this happens on the high SP leves, since you can get a lot of SP in a short time by running the same high SP leve twice in a party.
