    Postcode Invalid?

    I'm trying to purchase subscription to ffxiv (3 days left of the free stuff ~-~) and everytime I do it asks me to put in my address and then tells me my post code is invalid.. why is this? I've tried my home address and my work address, and neither postcode is valid.. I'm English but I don't see why this should make a difference? I posted a ticket through customer support last week but haven't had a reply yet and really want this fixed before my subscription runs out.

    my post code is invalid aswell but I know where I live my fee tim has ran out and I cannot subscribe now either it disheartens me to know that you have not had reply yo ticket as I just made one.... keeping everything crossed!!!!!

    How are you entering your postcode, what region is your account? I'm in England with an EU SE Account and my postcode is held without a space between the outcode and the incode, if you're separating them try it without the space.
