    The very worst thing about this is that when someone doesn't accept the queue or "a party member withdraws" it sends you straight to the back of the line for reserving an instance.

    Meaning, you sit in queue for about 30 minutes waiting for your instance to reserve.
    Your instance finally gets reserved but "A party member has withdrawn from duty"
    And now you have to wait another 30 minutes to reserve your instance.

    Right now I'm sitting here with an average wait time of 10 minutes, yet I've been in queue for 53 minutes because each time my instance is up, someone withdraws.
