Hey everyone, whenever I try to use a DRG macro it keeps repeating the first skill. For example:
/ac "True Thrust" <t>
/wait 2.5
/ac "Vorpal Thrust" <t>
/wait 2.5
/ac "Full Thrust" <t>
Keeps repeating True Thrust. Am I doing something wrong?

Do not, I repeat do not try to macro your full thrust combo.
Recommend any good Macros then?
For the most part, DRG abilities don't lend themselves well to efficient macros. If you're trying to save hotbar space you can always macro your buffs together (Blood for Blood, Internal Release, etc) to be used off one button. A lot also like to macro Life Surge to Full Thrust, or have Power Surge and Jump share a macro button.
The only macro's you should be using on a Dragoon is for your buffs Internal Release/BfB (depends on your rotation), and a Macro for your dots. Then again, I only use IR/BfB macro.
I'm with Dervy, using skills in chain sets with macros, may be easier for lazy DRGs but will leave you open for dire issues in some boss fights if you are unable to break your macro or squeeze in an urgent stun.
I use BFB + IR + Power Surge on one macro (I have the three individual abilities on a separate bar so I can watch the cooldown and don't hit the PS unless Jump is also up).
I also use a Full Thrust + Life Surge macro.
Don't put multiple DRG on-GCD attacks on a macro. DX
On a side-note: Abilities which are not affected by GCD should be used between abilities that are. If you use a macro to BFB --> IR --> PS --> Jump you are very far away from optimal DPS output. Your rotation should be more like: BFB --> TT --> IR --> VT --> PS --> FT --> Jump. This will ensure that you are constantly using abilities at the lowest cooldown rate to improve your DPS.
Only thing I macro are Def buffs and atk buffs,
