AK, if you're DPS, you should grind Ifrit until you have the Ifrit Weapon. I would suggest 2 or 3 pieces of DL. This is because the Demon Wall is a DPS race.

Don't know about the cannons as I play on the PC. But if you can't interact with them, it's probably better to let the group know, a healer or tank can jump on it for you.

Yeah, this is definitely what I have been doing, but I can tell that the tanks still get frustrated, when a healer has to stop healing to fire a cannon I should be able to fire.

As for aiming/firing the cannons on controller. Once you've got your aiming reticule up. Release your trigger for your hotbar and press X (or whatever your confirm button is). I had an awkward moment trying BLM Limit Break (they work the same way) for the first time on controller because i was having the same issue you have with firing off the ground target AOE.

To all, thanks for the quick responses! I have skill, and from the sounds of it my gear is decent enough for AK as long as my team is good. My FC members should be good enough for this fight.
