Sorry, just that I've seen this exact thread not 2-3 days ago. Mayhaps you and another person had the same idea. All the way down to title. As for announcements, it was part of the TGS Live Letter, though they said nothing about excluding anyone in the transfers. And, really, people STILL throw the gil reason out as an excuse? Even though it's clearly a non-issue now considering Square did a blanket suspension of people with high amounts of gil (8~ million on Legacy, 2~ on non) suggesting that anyone with more than that has a high chance of trading with RMT. The real reason isn't the gil, and you naysayers know it.

Tomorrow is the beginning of early October, and I'm sad there has not been a rep announcement withmore details. Specifics should be out by now if it's going to happen in early October, such as restrictions, costs, estimated date. We are left with nothing but a simple translated conversation.

I doubt we will get anything. We didn't get anything about early October until it was a week past mid September. So the 3rd weekof October, we will get nothing most likely. Its so disheartening.
