So, it's past "mid-September".. pretty much October, and theres no World Transfer Service up yet... Whats the hold up? Maybe that's what the maintenance tomorrow is for? Also, are they going to let Legacy players move to non-legacy servers since there's a good amount of new people that have hit 50 everywhere? Answers please SE, i wanna play with my IRL friends..

So you posted this again? They never gave a solid date for September, just "mid-September". Recently, at TGS, they gave mid-October. The reasons could be as simple as 'defuse anti-Legacy backlash' to as complex as 'server work to ease congestion had unforeseen impact on server interconnectivity'. We don't know, nor are we entitled to know. Just sit back, watch the site for when it's announced as implemented.

Legacy players canno't move from a Legacy Server to a Non-Legacy Server until sometime next year (Thank God). Level 50s or not, the amount of GIL hoarded on your servers is a scary thought.

Where was this announcement? The only thing about that i can see is what Pseudopsia posted which is in a translation thread with 10+ pages... sorry not every one has time to go digging for info, but thank you for the info you gave me.

Cuz I was on FFXIV 1.0 and I am on the sargantanas legacy server and my brothers are on the behemoth server non legacy...... Will they be able to get on a legacy server?

It was mentioned early in the Beta that, after the free server transfers, Legacy players would be able to transfer again at a later date. 'Several months' was given as a time frame but nothing beyond that. There was also no talk about server transfers before that time. Well, now we have server transfers coming up in a month, which may or may not mean that Legacy players will be able to transfer off their much congested worlds. We don't know.
