Look, I understand we all have good days and bad days. I also understand sometimes bad runs in Duns are inevitable. However, there is no excuse for being a leech when the run is not in your favour, afk the entire runs, and sitting there trash talking.If you don't like to keep running until finish, leave. At least, you don't waste your time and everyone else for your selfish behaviour. Leave so the remaining can add another, for those who want to run it genuinely. Seriously, we need some Vote Kick for those kinds, who get rewarded by other's effort. I have met some of this kind and I always blacklist them. Seriously, do your kind know what it means to be a team players???

No, they do not know what it is like to be a team player.
They're nothing but leeches and we are left with no viable means to combat them.
I'm not a very big fan of how SE plans to implement the MVP system either, on paper it's a good idea but in practice I see the system being abused.

All we need is a simple Kick option that requires a unanimous vote to remove a player. It needs to be set up so that they Party Leader is not the only person who can start a vote so that he doesn't hold the group hostage to get his way.

Just report abusive players. SE has a great track record of banning people for the smallest infractions of player conduct. For instance, a friend of mine had a 4 year old XI account banned for saying "My ass hurts" in a party chat. So whenever someone is being abusive just report them. Put the time, date, dungeon you were in and their name. A vote kick system would unavoidably be abused, and waiting for such a system does nothing in the meantime. Simply report abusive players and move on with your day. If they want to waste people's time and be abusive just report them and make all of the time they have spent in FFXIV a waste.
