    Having a 0 in front of 7.00 doesn't make it 24 hour
    Not having AM or PM makes it 24 hours.

    It is common practice to have a 0 in front but it is NOT a requirement. But one universal thing is the LACK of AM or PM.
    It truly is as simple as if there is no AM or PM it is 24hour.

    Are you really that dense? (I'll give you a hint.. the answer is yes, you really are that dense)
