Gathering and Crafting XP boost

On my whm i have hit level 50 and from what I understand I now should have a 25% xp boost on any other character that I level that is war/magic.

I was wondering if there were any xp boost in crafting and gathering for hitting a level or having x amount of characters at x level or above. Any info is helpful. Thanks

There is no xp boost that i am aware of for having a crafter or gatherer higher level than the others, not that the crafters need it with how easy they are to level, and fishing is extremely quick to level once you find the right spots.

The only xp boost for crafting/gathering i have seen are the manuals you buy with GC seals that provide you an extra 50% xp when doing basic crafting and gathering up until you gain the amount of XP listed on the manual e.g. manual II gives +50% xp bonus up until 40,000 xp has been gained.

You get mega exp from doing triple tradeleve turn ins. Any other boost is not necessary. Make HQ items and triple-turn in HQ's, and you make crazy fast exp.

There is an EXP boost for crafters/gatherers, but it's not from having another class leveled.

If you go to your GC you can buy (At the first tier) Company Issue Survival / Engineering Manual I and Company Issue Survival / Engineering Manual II.

They cost like 1500 and 2300 respectively and confer a 50% bonus in EXP gained for 2 hours up to a maximum bonus of 20,000 exp and 40,000 exp respectively.

These are best for gathering, but also useful for crafting since there isn't much else to spend GC seals on.

The best way to do it is to buy and use the Survival Manual II, pop it, then buy a 2nd one, and go off to grind on some nodes or Levequests for an hour or so. After level 30 the buff will wear off pretty quickly assuming you're grinding on similar level stuff, so pop the second one once it does. It works out to a bonus 80k exp which isn't super amazing but is pretty good in the grand scheme of things considering how grindy gathering is in general.

i use my resting xp for gathering.. since it is the hardest/slowest thing on earth to level

For gatherer/crafter you can buy your exp bonuses in the grand company shop.

And you get a +200% bonus in crafting leves for exp and gil if you craft HQ.
If the leve give you 3k exp, you get 9k exp with HQ
