Good news for some of the people whose accounts were hacked.

I know someone whose account was hacked. It took a while, but after SE's investigation, my friend got their account back. True, they were broke and had no gil left, but the account remained and I think all of her gear was still there. Just the gil was lost.

Don't be accusatory and self-righteous about guilt or innocence.

Do use a security token, anti-virus software, good passwords and common sense.
