It's unlikely you're the only one trying to get something fixed, so don't expect any help within a couple of hours (or even days for that matter). Unfortunately, quite a few people are getting hacked, usually those not using the security token, using a way too common password, or those buying gil. Hacked accounts will get banned fairly quick, but it takes a while to investigate them and return them to their pre-hacked state.

As for the mail you got, that's an automated email. Every account that's about to expire will get those, regardless of whether you're hacked or not ..

what's the point that if u play a MMO and u have to pay extra for a token security ? i bought the CE we have token but the problem is she's not around while im not register the token because it might have a problem for her to login

Change your passwords, use long (e.g. 16-20 letter) complex passwords, and use a security token.

the password are not 1234567890..... and sure token hm sounds legit to me that all FF player have to buy token to protect their account.....

Probably the issue is that your account has been "hacked" due to lack of secuirty. RMT used account thus it was flagged and banned. Did you use the password anywhere else like some fansites or even other games or any other account. Passwords should be unique and complex involving special characters, upper case, lower case and numbers. You may also logged using your account on a phishing website.

Probably you used the same password for some f2p game with "better" security.

They should of told you from the beginning. "If you don't get this token, you're going to get hacked."
We need pin numbers. When you log to your character, you set a Pin, IE. 6 numbers or so.
Not buy this and that. Luckily, I am on PS3 and not seen no PS3 hacked yet, and I have a token.
I blame the mass RMT sellers that come to us with no end, it's getting friggin' annoying!

It's a shame F2P games have better security than this BS. SOOO many games have Pin numbers!
GW2, has IP checker things or whatever. They will E-mail if you not using your own internet, then you confirm it is you.
I mean plenty of options here SE.

Unless that PIN is unique every time you log in (hello security token ..) it won't make any difference.. A key logger will just as happily get that PIN along with the username and password.

PS3 doesn't mean you're safe either. People can still receive a phishing mail, or visit a compromised/fake square enix site where they ask for your username and password.
