Account hacked and banned !!! GREAT

Im not sure if it save to go on with this game anymore that i've heard a lot of player got hacked and spam gold selling in the game (yes most of the spammer probably are hacked and real time player) , last night i woke up and login to the game as usual and a friend message me that my girl friend account got hacked and spamming in Old Grindania.

So our FC member and friend sent SE about the incident happen but hey is Sunday dont seem like they are working also u cant force log and the account just spamming in New Grindania while we keep trying to force log and manage to disconnect gil seller about 10-15mins..... but the next 2 hours account just got suspended ???? Is Square Enix even bother to take investigate before taking any action ???

Because the account are with Relic + DL set also is a collector edition and yes we lvling it max get a relic weapon just to spam gil sell in game HOORAY.

but what funny is after the account got suspended and received an email that said

You do not magically get flagged for RMT doing nothing. Also if you were really innocent you would contact support and solve the issue not QQ on forums.

Haha you truly are clueless, the last 4 days people have been banned for doing nothing but crafting and selling items....it seems ANYONE who sold something to a gilbuyer regardless whether they knew or not got banned also...

You go into a shop and buy something with money you earned selling stolen goods for example, should the shop keeper also go to prison for selling you that chocolate bar and can of coke?!

See how rediculous it is now?!

Hacked accounts used to sell currency happens all the time in every game. It happened to me in GW2. Hacked day 1 and suspended for selling gold. It was eventually lifted after they determined the details of what happened and it was clear it wasn't me. I hope the OP gets his account back.

Someone hacked the account, spammed RMT stuff and account got banned. The real owner will now the account unbanned, because it got hacked and the owner didn't spam RMT stuff.

That is account security issue, which the owner should make sure his account is kept safe

I been playing mmos since UO and it never happened to me. My FC has dedicated crafters which have over 20mil gil and have not been banned. Sorry but I am not buying into people spamming forums that they are innocent.
