Yep. A lot of the restrictions in the game are due to them wanting to prevent exploits and abuses. However, it usually does more to inconvenience most legitimate players rather than discourage the exploiters. I feel that it hurts more than it helps. A net negative.

I do believe, though, that through creative means there always lies a solution that can be both convenient to players and discouraging to exploiters. All we have to do is use our brains a little.

Good point, but like the others said, that can all be accomplished with the current system - just have the party leader out him/her.
