Quick question about shouters and PS3 subscription

I squeeze both in the same post due to the posting restrictions. So I'd like to know:

- Is it legit for people to shout that they sell crafting services? I am not inquiring about the real money spammers. Still I find them very annoying nonetheless. Isn't there the market for those services/goods?
- How will I renew the FF XIV subscription on PS3?? I checked the PS Store and there is nothing.

As long as you don't over spam that you are offering your services as a crafter, you are fine. RMT Gil spammers is what they are worried about.

As for PS3, log into the Mog station on the loadstone and you can add time in there. I am a PS3 player as well.

Lastly, there are no posting restrictions in the new player help area.

No. Your account just becomes inactive after your subscription ends.

Some people are used to older MMOs where you could become well know for crafting. It's hard to do that with the Market Board. So, people shout to get their names out.
