I cannot attune to the Garuda Aetherite in Natalan for the Garuda quest. It says completed and The Howling Eye (hard) unlocked, but it does not unlock it. Before that, I had the Twisted Beliefs (Twin Adder) quest for ampador keep completed when I picked up the Garuda quest but I had not yet turned it in. So when I went to the adder's nest to talk to Vorsaile Heuloix to turn in the garuda quest, it was prompting to turn in the Twisted beliefs quest first. However, it would not let me turn that quest in with the garuda quest in my journal. So I abandoned Twisted Beliefs and it then let me turn in the garuda quest. I picked up Twisted Beliefs again and headed out to turn in In for Garuda Awakening in Natalan and it was not working and now I am stuck as I cannot abandon In for Garuda Awakening. Please help!
