Do you overclock any components? Is there sufficient airflow reaching your computer parts? This might be the case of your CPU overheating and your computer shutting down to stop damage. Same reason for your wonderful GFX card; would hate to see that overheat. Seeing as though your manufacturer is Gateway, the case the components are in is probably not well equipped to properly cool either of these components. Especially if your mobo is passively cooled with its heatsink.

FFXIV demands high performance and that means high temps on those components. If they are not cooled properly, they will be damaged. Look into getting a case designed to cool your components properly, and get a dedicated heatsink for your CPU.

I dont OC anything, but I have installed extra fans and modified my case for proper airflow, my card temp is running at 70^C which is normal for my system, been running fine for a long time until yesterday so I dont think its a heat problem

What about your CPU? Is it a passive or actively cooled?

Passive is no fan, active is some sort of fan or watercooling to cool your CPU.

    k just few things

0x00000101 is problem that has to do with either heat related or overclocking in most cases

    1. Have you been overclocking CPU, Memory, or Graphics card?

    2. Make sure inside Case, Fans etc are free from dust and make sure there are the right amount of case fans to dissipate heat from the case.

    3. Make sure Heat sink is seated properly on the CPU with Compound.

    4. Run Memtest86+ to diagnose memory

    5. Prime95 has a feature called "Torture Test" that allows maximum stress testing on the CPU and RAM. There are several options allowing the stress test to focus on the memory, processor, or a balance of both. This will detect an error within a matter of minutes. if an overclock is not stable, however many people like to let the system "burn-in" overnight to ensure long-term stability.

That stock fan wont be powerful enough, more than likely; causing it to overheat in situations such as gaming; one issue is that FFXIV only uses two cores and tends to put a lot of pressure on the first one. Coolermaster, Noctua make good active heatsinks. You would have to have it installed, unless your that savvy, as I am not. The Noctua NH-U12P would be your best bet, unless you have enough room for a NH-D14: gotta have a big case for that one. The previous one would suit your needs though.

I have a NH-D14, but the U12P is much more price friendly.
