i think my account is hacked

There are situations that this is not the users fault. Most times it is. Some of this has to be SE 's fault or the fault a 3rd party that manages SE accounts. I had a 30 letter/number/symbol/space password, this is not a hackable password, im sorry. I also have my own web server and create a new email account for each game I play, both my computer and my server are behind a hardware firewall. There is no way someone should be able to hack my account right? I am currently suspended because I was hacked. This is not my fault.

I find it funny how it takes them 5 seconds to check that ban button but it takes them 2+ weeks to uncheck it.

computer is only 5 days old with only 2 things downloaded on it ffxiv and AVG i mostly play on the PS3 though

This part here makes me more than a little concerned. Is the Lodestone vulnerable and hackers have found a way in?
