Diabolos server has been disabled for like 3 days... i would like to play with my brother and friends :O

Diabolos does open up for character creation, but at around 2am US time (I'm guessing that is west coast, not sure cos I'm in Australia). At that time Diabolos is very quiet. So you may have to wait up late to do it.

Well you know dude, depends how bad you want a character there. It's a very popular server with queues every evening and all weekend.
And SE only allow character creation during slow times on that server. Pretty sure your wanting a character there is not so important that SE will change their rules just for you. So maybe it is you that needs to be flexible and log in early hours so you can make one.

When the early access started Hyperion was locked most of the day. I was told by one of my long time friends that a couple of our guildmates had logged on early and gotten to create a character. Well I got up at 6am (EST) and what do you know, I was able to create a character. I would definitely try early hours.
