Have 1.0 CE. Was not upgraded to 2.0 CE.

Hello, I had sent a support ticket asking about this before, but I got this response,

"Customers who own the standard edition of FINAL FANTASY XIV Version 1.0 can purchase a digital upgrade online to obtain the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Collector's Edition in-game bonus items. There is no need to purchase a separate copy of the game (including the Collector's Edition)."

I thought I would automatically be upgraded to the 2.0 Collector's Edition free of charge because of this,

"Players who own the FFXIV version 1.0 Collector’s Edition will receive the FFXIV: ARR Collector’s Edition in-game bonus items (Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Behemoth Barding, and Coeurl Mount) for free. The in-game bonus items will be delivered via Moogle Letter when FFXIV: ARR launches."

However, the issue I am having is that I never received my 2.0 CE items even though I do own the original 1.0 CE, and not just the standard edition. I have the Onion Helm, and Garlond Goggles from 1.0 to prove this.

Am I somehow mistaken in thinking that I own the 1.0 CE? I would love to get this cleared up. Thank you.

Garland goggles came with the standard edition only; while onion helm came with the CE only. Are you sure you didn't use a standard edition registration and used someone else's(a friend maybe) code for the onion helm?

Asuran Armguards was the CE item I believe. I never got the goggles - pretty sure they're the standard edition item.

Asuran Armguards were from registering a code that came with FF13.
