[MAJOR ISSUE] Balmung Legacy US - Server still isn't working

I'm not sure what's going on, but, quite honestly I am getting really sick and tired of logging into Balmung NA Legacy server between the hours of 12PM CTR - 9PM CTR and not being able to play the game due to high end latency and not being able to do anything 90% of the time due to lag.

It's not just me either. I know it's not because everyone on our server is complaining about it. I just did Hard Ifrit in a PuG, and asked if they were lagging (1 Player from Balmung), and everyone said no, except, guess what? The player from Balmung too was also lagging horrendously.

I find it funny all these issues on Balmung really started to get bad yesterday (before the patch). Our server then mysteriously crashed 2 hours before the patch, and still we are having issues.

Please someone get on this because this is just unplayable.

Same issues here on the Leviathan server, and all dungeons thru the DF from Leviathan. Pretty much giving up on this game and wont be subbing because of this issue.

I really like the game. It is the first decent MMO I have played sense Vanilla WoW, and BC. Unfortunately I cant play in these conditions. I am not rich so cant warrant wasting money on something that I can only use 10% of the time.

Odd, on balmung, and not a problem even during peak play time. Same with the dozen friends I play with.

Over half my FC is complaining about it and the LS im in (that has 200 people), they are all also complaining about it.

I find it funny how many ppl are still trying to convince others its an issue with their PC or something local. If you are one of the few lucky ones who is not experiencing this, all you have to do is ask in game chat, or read any of the first 10 posts listed in tech support to realize that this is not an isolated issue.

Yeah it's multiple people with issues...but our server died yesterday right before maintenance mysteriously

What are the servers' IP address? Where or how to find them? I want to find out Balmung's and Siren's to test my connection to them.
