I know there are already a few 3102 error pages, but it just happened to me.

Hey, I bought this game since some of my friends decided to start playing it, I really enjoyed it and was excited to play it after work on Friday. The thing was I got a 3102 error I thought nothing of it and just did something else. Saturday morning I woke up and wanted to play, and boom I had a 3102 error again. I opened a ticket and then started to research what I could do to fix it, but of course to no avail. I don't know if posting this information will help, but I would love to be able to access the game. Let me know what I can do to resolve this issue if you have some quick fix or if I need to just give up and move on. I was able to log in randomly yesterday played for about 15 minutes and then went to an inn, and logged out through the bed system. I woke up today and boom 3102 error again, thought maybe I got hacked this time since I was seeing a random 3rd toon on the account i never made but it's level 1, so i doubt it I did add a security token about 10 minutes ago in case that was the issue, but i doubt it. If any other users have information about this besides 'join the club' I would greatly appreciate it.

Some people says that you can cancel your service account (mogstation) and the hacker will be kicked after some hours.

Mogstation>Account services>Cancel service account.


Good luck with it, my boyfriend was hacked on sept 21 and suspended on the same day and his account was escalated on 23 but nothing until now.
