    Guilds selling Runs

Under the term of service of 2.2 which states the following.

2.2 Real Money Trading, Farming and Power-Leveling. You may not sell, purchase or exchange for real-world money or value any in-game currency, accounts, characters, in-game services, or in-game virtual items. You may not play the Game for the purpose of acquiring virtual items or advancement in game play on behalf of a third-party or for the purpose of selling any virtual assets to a third party for real-world money, specifically including "gold-farming" and power-leveling services.

Selling runs is activity of power leveling for in game currency. Which promotes RMT purchases. On an average cost of 500,000 gils. Something need to happen to stop guilds from doing this. It clearly states no selling of any virtual services and advancement in game which this is consider of type of behavior.

Personally I would make example of guild leader, but anyone in the guild taking part of should be all ban few days first warning and escalate upward for repeat offenders.

Are they specifically listing it as selling runs for "real money" or just gil?

Because if it's just gil, then this section of the TOS only applies to real world money transactions and they aren't really breaking any "game" rules.

How on earth is selling Titian HM runs for Gil powerleveling?

You need to be 50 to do it... 50 is the level cap... gil trades are not RMT...

Because they paying for service to carry them threw the fight. Power leveling is basically paying for someone else to do the work for them.

You are not reading the Terms of Service. You may not sell, value any in-game currency in-game services, or in-game virtual items. You may not play the Game for the purpose of acquiring virtual items or advancement in game play on behalf of a third-party or for the purpose of selling any virtual assets to a third party "power-leveling services".

Paying for Titan paying for progression to Relic weapons, not mention weapon drops. Paying for service from the community makes no difference of RMT to normal person.

Everyone knows that its hard to make 500k so means you are knowing and encouraging people to BUY gil that lead to hacking and destruction of economy. Your full support of this activity and Should be stop for this. In FFXI this was perma banned offense. This is well also know why Yoshi P stopped speed runs. Can you tell me that he say no to speed runs but yes to price tag on community to do other content. Get over yourselves.

The Term of Service says Real Money or In-game Currency you miss to read and understand that part.

No, after reading it it carefully three times. It only states services in exchange for real money. While I don't condone the selling of Titan HM, there is nothing stopping them according to the TOS.

The way it's worded is a bit hard for the average non-legalese person to understand.

Basically the way it's worded is like this:
You may not sell, purchase or exchange for real-world money or value any in-game currency, accounts, characters, in-game services, or in-game virtual items.
Translation "All content within the game is property of Square Enix, and is not your legal right to sell for real money."

You may not play the Game for the purpose of acquiring virtual items or advancement in game play on behalf of a third-party or for the purpose of selling any virtual assets to a third party for real-world money, specifically including "gold-farming" and power-leveling services.
Again, this applies to the actual real world trade of money for in-game services not sanctioned by SE. Buying Gil, Crysta, or any materials with US Dollars (or Japanese Yen, or Euros, etc) is where the violation comes in, if it's not directly from SE. Since only Crysta is sold by SE, you can not legally buy any in-game item from another player for cash.

Powerleveling is also used to describe two different activites that have the same end-result, but are obtained different ways.

To power level a friend in a FC for no exchange of anything, is not breaking the ToS. Paying some chinese prisoner in USD is.

You are allowed to pay with in game Gil for in game services, e.g. paying a crafter Gil to craft you something, paying someone Gil to help you kill Titian, paying a Miner Gil to gather for you, etc etc etc.
