Shield Swipe, is it even on your bar anymore?

I thought this skill was pretty decent at first. But now it seems like the only reason you would want to use it is for the Pacify effect, but almost all bosses are immune to this, and it doesn't seem to make much of a difference on trash.

I dunno, I've removed it from my bar, if it was off GCD that would be a different story, but I'm not going to use a GCD and interrupt my Fast>Savage>Rage combo for pacify.

Edit: Some good points on the TP conservation aspect of it.

Thanks for the updates on how pacify effects skillcasts everyone, definitely was not noticeable until it was pointed out, haha.
