Really sick of the EU latency problems

I'm EU and I've never had this problem.

If you are born with a handycap you will never know that you even have a handycap.
To deny that latency problems are an issue is to close the eyes from reality.
Indeed it is proven that latency alone is not the source of frustration here, but in add to other delays in sum you will feel the difference!

Not lumping just observing that the 5-6 norwegians i talk to have had the same problem. What ISP do you use? Curious to know as some say Canal Digital throttles internet... But the problem only persists in highly populated areas in game and instances. not saying its only eu players just speaking of the eu server.

I can sign this. Ran titan yesterday, and two other raidmates are from norway aswell, and had to quit because of spiking. As i were the tank it was fine for me.
Noone else seemed to have this problem though.

But the unnecessary 200ms pingtime over the pond is rather annoying.

I only have problems with the servers where instanced areas are located. Otherwise it's fine (I'm on Ragnarok, live in the EU).

Slow you roll just because the data centers are in North America doesn't mean every person in North America gets great latency as well. In fact I live about 3000 miles away from the data servers because I live in the state of Washington. If you live in London the distance to the data centers is about 3200 miles.

Any players in the EU who say there is no problem are just blind fan boying. Sorry but it's as simple as that. I have this problem, everyone I have ever spoken to has it. Does it cause a huge problem for me? No. But once PvP is introduced, we're going to be at a disadvantage. Even the cheapest F2P MMO's have EU data centres...

In 1.0, there wasn't any NA servers. Yoshi-P said how unfair this is and everyone praised him for implementing them. Now, us EU's need servers and SE don't care. Is our money not as good as theirs or something?

Well... yeah. That or that haven't paid enough attention to notice. When you're against Titan HM and you're still getting hit with AoE's, you won't be denying it then.
