Steps:
1. Every time I view a cut scene, there is no Voice Acting.
2. Watched my wife play and voice acting worked for her on every scene that I had previously viewed.
3. Went to the INN to view main story cut scenes to check if they work again and still wouldn't work.
4. Updated all my drivers and software and it still isn't working.
5. Changed voice acting from "Adjust to Client" to "English", "Japanese" and it still did not change.
