Someone can correct me If I'm wrong here. But lets say you setup a monthly subscription for the game. Once you are charged for the 1st month you will get the 30-days gifts.. Once you are charged for the 2nd month you will get the 60-days gifts.. Since you would have been subbed for 60 days total.. Once you been subbed for 90 days you will get last gifts.

Course if you setup a 90 day subscription right off the bat. Once you are charged for it you should get all the gifts at once.
