Where are the Chocobo AF/Job specific bardings??

I don't understand this, they have shown off concept pictures for Chocobo AF/Job specific barding for almost a year, then they show off the in game models and even put them in a few trailers for the game, yet they are NOT in the game?

Whats the deal??

since chocobo is a companion and we will breed them later since it take forever to level one they should have more thing with chocobo.
i know in the one of the first we were supposed to be able to do dungeon 2 person and 2 chocobos. but now we cant do DF with chocobo.
But they should have Chocobo Leves : higher Leves unlock by the chocobo rank increase : each leves rank increase Exp chocobo get.
Or have a ChocoboHest that you need to have Chocobo Party of 8 (4person/4chocobo only) and bonus Exp goes to Chocobo. Every chocobo rank unlock a new ChocoboHest
