Is it because I expect only FFXI terminology to be used? I can't really say. I'm not really sure what it is or why it bugs me to see terminology from other games used in this one.
As long as people use a term FFXIV uses itself like dps from DF or PLD as short for paladin, on the other hand pally isnt really ok
