    Cut scene voice acting inoperative

    I keep hearing people say how you have to wait to hear certain voice acting during certain parts of the game. My wife recently started playing FF14 as well and she keeps showing me scenes where the cut scenes have voice acting. I tried putting my sound settings to match hers but to no avail.
    2 Examples are:
    -At the beginning of the game when the crystal speaks "hear...feel..."
    -Getting off the first airship ride when the Antagonists are speaking.
    -Yda and Papalymo speaking with Minfilia

    Well, here's the thing, I'm level 35 and up to level 32 in the Main Story quest line and I haven't heard ANY voice acting at all.
    If anyone else is having this problem please speak up.
    If not and there is some sort of fix then please let me know as well.
