Personally I like the learn-as-you-go strategy because it's much more personable. Every once in a while you'll find a great group of people and experiencing a dungeon with them for the first time is really fun. If someone has experience with it, it's not hard to explain a boss.

If you expect someone to skip a cs because you're too much of an ass to wait- grow up. Don't ruin someone else's gaming experience. Also, if you can't be bother to explain something, don't expect the run to be perfect.

If it's THAT big of a deal, then do it with your LS or FC, and ask for experienced players only. If you use the Duty Finder chances are that at least one of the members is going to be new.

Now be a big boy and have some courtesy.
