"First time here"

For my first time, I watch a video, but don't watch what happens after the boss dies. Then there isn't a spoiler.

I just don't see the value of going into a fight blind. "Discovering" something is one thing... but not bothering to research and asking someone to explain it to you? That's just lazy.

You are asking someone to teach you when you could teach yourself. Even if you just read a text version online- what is the difference?

Knowing is half the battle. As people have pointedo ut... reading is the not the same as doing. It doesn't ruin it for you- you just aren't surprised and confused when stuff happens, with others cleaning up after you. You can be more confident in the fight.

To each his own, I guess. I still explain if someone asks... I just don't understand- Why ask me? Why not ask Google?

As the healer and peacemaker, though I will always defend a new player and try to help them learn... cause that's what I do. I support.

I personally couldn't care if you are new as long as you say I'm new here any tips? Makes my life so much easier then those who don't say that they are new.

I'm more than happy to sit through several wipes until he/she gets it.
