    No, you know what? I don't want to be one of those rude a holes in here..

    You apparently misunderstand the situation, no one wants the cooldowns removed. What we would like is for instant abilities to be INSTANT, not depedant on animations to finish before executing said instant ability. No one wants to spam anything ..
