

According to their Job application sites, that wouldn't be far from the truth.Well, Square decided to close out the ticket yesterday with no answers, all they did was copy and paste some random text off google. I responded asking for an answer. The "support bot" forwarded the ticket to their superiors... assuming the superiors can understand English ...
Really sounds like they outsourced their tier 1 "support" to either robots or a non-english country.
