Can't Install Game - Not Enough Disk Space?

Yup, I keep getting the awesome, "Need 2GB, wizard will now close" every time, regardless of what I do. Run as admin? Run in compatibility mode? Restart? Different language? NOTHING! I have 180GB of free disk space, I just played TODAY, logged out for a few hours, came back to an error 11018 I couldn't fix, so uninstalled so I could reinstall, and now this.

Honestly, I don't know how you people at SE can fuck your jobs up as bad as you do and still have them.

Can anyone ELSE help fix this problem?

this may be a stupid question, but I actually do have a valid reason for asking it. Where did you put the installer?

The reason I asked is I was once scratching my head for a good 20 minutes trying to figure out why I couldn't install a service pack before I realized the root of my problem. I had burned the download to DVD, and it starts the install by unpacking the files... in the root of where you ran the service pack.

Copied it from the DVD to the hard drive, and it ran without a hitch.

Never know with SE. They do some strange stuff sometimes.
