I know there have been several posts about game performance in the past but I couldn't find any specifically about this.

Recently I have been having terrible stuttering issues in game, they are absolutely awful and occur on all graphics settings. I typically play with everything on Standard but in an attempt to fix the problem, I tried low settings but the problem was still there, it didn't seem to help the problem at all.

My relevant computer specs are:

Q9550 @ 2.83 GHz
G. SKILL 8 GB DDR3 Memory
XFX Radeon HD 5850
And FFXIV is installed on an OCZ Vertex 2 SSD

The problem seems to become worse when it starts raining, and with all of the recent rain from the event it's borderline unplayable. My SSD is filling up a little bit it's currently using 44GB/55GB, which as I understand is slightly more than the recommended load for SSDs (I read you should only go up to ~75% capacity), but would this alone make the game this unplayble?
