    Instead of trying to craft your way to 100% spiritbond, I really suggest just running CM or AK and wearing the items in question while killing trash. Then switch to your normal gear on bosses. I'm trying to spiritbond a Patrician's glove right now and it went from 40ish% to 64% in one AK run just from killing trash. CM would be even faster.

    Tier 4 comes from ILVL 70 gear which can only be bonded by the appropriate mob level ie: Coil.
