Cannot launch... help required!

Hello, yesterday i turned 50 and i really want to play but when i woke up and started ff14 something went wrong and i have no idea how and why. It says; Cannot launch FINAL FANTASY XIV. Please register the promotion code included with your package or download. A reinstall will not be necessary. Why does is it say that when im playing thegame for over a month. I never had these kind of issues before. Oh and for those who wanna know, I'm playing on Ps3.

Hmm i didnt pay yet but know im able to login but it seems servers are all down?
