Option to Scale UI Resolution

Have anyone find a way to scale up the UI without it getting blurry? My Resolution is 2560 x 1600 and when I scale it up max, it blurry like the Party Member List, Quest List, Item Inventory, etc. I have a good Computer and Graphic Card, is there anything I can do?

To demonstrate for the Staff/PR to make it easier to understand, this is what the HUD/UI looks like when downsampling cause the HUD/UI automatically resizes and you don't have the choice of selecting the resolution of the HUD/UI.

The HUD/UI is too small.

If I could set the HUD/UI's resolution to 1080p while I'm downsampling at 2160p, then there would be no issue. Of course, the other option could be you guys adding in a another form of antialiasing, but this is an easier solution and it would help those who play on big TVs as well.
