Mog Station showing extra characters

I'm confused by this one - I went to the Mog Station to add a cc for sub time and it showed two characters with the same last name on two different servers that I do not play on. My main character is also not there at all. I have used the physical authentication token since day 1.

What's really bizarre is when I log in to the game and go to the two servers seen in the Mog Station, the characters are not there. According to the Lodestone these characters are active and geared level 50's. Why are they showing on my Mog Station but not in game? I'm pretty sure my account has not been compromised, but it's unsettling to see additional characters and not my own main when I'm about to enter payment information.

edit: Upon further inspection, I'm almost certain logging into mog station with my user/pw/auth is logging into somebody else's account. This is a huge security problem and also prevents me from adding time to my own account...
