error 3102 unable to log in

My Girlfriend and I like to play together. This morning I logged in to check the market and do some casual crafting. Then I noticed my GF was still online, even though she logged out yesterday in the gridania in. Together with me. Her location was the north shroud, where she hasn't been in a while.
Trying to log in gives her the 3102 error. And of course customer support is silent. Inviting her to a party doesn't work, and I haven't been able to locate her in the north shroud( she can't go that far, botanist lvl 25 so...).
Is there anything we can do to get her out? And is this a bug or might her account be in danger ( so far I only see her in north shroud, her equips are still there and she is still in the FC with an intact guildchest)
What should we do?

See if in the mogstation there is another char, that could be a sign that the account got hacked.
Otherwise you can only keep contacting SE by char or phone.
Also, check the lodestone. If you have her in friendlist it could show the last login in the wall.
